Payment conditions
Prices are per apartment per day.
Prices exclude tourist tax. The tourist tax applicable at the time of your stay applies (per person per night for guests aged 14 and over).
A deposit of 40% of the total price of your chosen apartment must be paid within 7 days of booking.
Once the deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation of your guaranteed reservation.
Your apartment will be available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
We request you to check out by 10 a.m
There are no refunds for early departures.
Short stay surcharge
Depending on the season, we charge a surcharge of between 10 % - 15 % on the price of the apartment for short stays.
