Fresh, inviting havens. Each Margarethe apartment is a private self-contained space. Each combines the same calming color scheme and visually pleasing design with carefully selected high-end furnishings and details.

Using our guest communication app, SARA, you'll be able to easily and quickly book additional services, let requirements be known or ask questions. Our apartment manager Verena, will make sure you have everything you need to make your stay a great one. You’ll be provided with the link to our downloadable app when you receive your booking confirmation.

* Wösterhorn and Roggal do not include a dishwasher.
** Wösterhorn includes a pullout sofa only.
*** Please inform us as soon as you book if you are bringing a baby. You’ll receive a special baby set, including baby bed, baby chair, cork changing mat and diaper pail (free of charge). Availability on a first come first serve basis.
 

Guest information

You will receive the link to our guest app "SARA" along with your booking confirmation. We kindly ask you to login to receive your check-in code and also any additional information regarding your stay. Our apartment manager Verena is more than happy to help you with any extra services or requirements. Just chat directly with our staff using SARA! 

 At check-in, you’ll be greeted by Verena at our reception. Your signature will be needed for Lech’s guest tax. Verena can also arrange any last minute requirements you might have.

Earliest check-in is at 3:00pm. Latest check-in is at 10:00pm. If you arrive earlier and need a place to store your luggage, please let us know by communicating through your SARA guest app. Storage is available for a limited amount of personal property.

We kindly ask that you check-out by 10:00am. Please ensure that all dishes are clean. Leave all towels in the bathroom on the floor.

Your full payment is due at check-out.

Garage parking space is available for an extra fee of EUR 25,-/day, depending on availability. For our XL-apartment Madloch one garage parking space is included. We also have some secure outdoor parking in front of our accommodation. Please let us know your requirements.

Additional public parking is available at the nearby parking garage for a fee. Arriving by bus? You won’t have far to go. The bus stop is at the end of our driveway.

Final payment is due at check-out. We accept the following payment methods for deposits and for settling your final costs before you check-out:

A 40% deposit of the total apartment cost is required within 7 days of booking. Once the deposit has been received you will receive a confirmation of your guaranteed booking.

Smoking and animals are not allowed in the entire Margarethe Apartment building!

In the unfortunate event of a cancellation the following conditions are applied:

  • Cancellation is free of charge up for to 3 months before arrival date.
  • For a cancellation from 3 to 1 months before arrival date, a 40% cancellation fee will apply (your deposit fee will not be returned).
  • From 1 month and up to 1 week before your expected arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of your total cost will be applied.
  • A cancellation fee of 90% will be applied 1 week before expected arrival.
  • A no-show will be charged 100% of the total cost.
